VP Vacations, INC. (hereinafter VP), LOCATED 21695 53^rd Ave , St. Cloud, MN 56301 in return for payment by the participant of the amount specified, agrees to provide the vacation package.  

RESPONSIBILITY: VP is responsible to participant for arranging and providing your scheduled flight, provided, however, that in the absence of negligence on its part, VP is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or any other damage arising from or related to the trip or goods or services offered in connection with the trip. VP is not responsible for personal injury, property damage or any other damage arising out of the negligence of direct air carrier, hotel or other person not VP’s direct employee or under VP’s exclusive control rendering any services or providing any goods being offered in connection with the trip.

BALCONIES AND RAILINGS WARNING! Balconies and glass doors and panes around your accommodation are areas where serious accidents can occur. Height standards for balcony railings in Mexico and other countries can be lower than in the United States and hotels are not regulated or forced to install secondary railings, safety glass or doors on their properties. Use extreme care when walking or standing next to these hazards as they have been responsible for serious injury and deaths.

PAYMENT: A deposit in the amount shown on the reservation form and a signed contract for each person is required to reserve a place on the flight. Final payment is due as shown on the reservation form. ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO YOUR TRAVEL AGENT or VP Vacations Inc. CONFIRMATION IS SUBJECT TO RECEIPT BY VP OF BOTH FULL PAYMENT AND SIGNED CONTRACT. Important Payment Dates: 

Deposit:                                 $150 due 7 days after trip confirmation

Second Deposit:                   $250.00 due December 15 or the following businss day.

Final Payment:                      January 15 or the following business day.

There will be a $30 late fee assessed to all payments not recieved in our offic by December 15th and January 15^th.

PRICES: Air only and package prices include items stated on the web as included and as paid for by the participant. VP reserves the right to increase the price of the vacation in the event of any fuel-related surcharges that may be imposed by the participating airline or for any foreign or domestic tax increases after October 1st, 2009. VP RESERVES THE RIGHT, IF NECESSARY, TO SUBSTITUTE HOTELS OF EQUAL OR BETTER QUALITY.  

BAGGAGE: The direct air carrier limits liability for loss or damage of personal baggage to the actual value of such baggage, but not more than: for international flights, $9.07 per pound for checked baggage and $400.00 per passenger for unchecked baggage or other property; for domestic flights: $1,250.00 per person for checked or unchecked baggage. Baggage liability may be increased if higher value is declared and additional payment is made in advance with the carrier tariff. Check with the air carrier for restricted items. VP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED LUGGAGE. It is also the responsibility of the passenger to check with the airlines regarding extra baggage and baggage fees.

AIRCRAFT: This flight will be performed using a U.S. certified air carrier as stated on the web. VP and the air carrier performing VP flight reserve the right to substitute equipment and/or air carrier if necessary. VP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR AIRLINE DELAYS.

INSURANCE: Insure America trip cancellation, health, and accident insurance is available and may protect you against unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to interrupt or cancel your trip. Price of this Insurance is $74 and must be paid prior to the 2nd deposit.

DOCUMENTATION: U.S. Citizens are required to carry proper documentation of U.S. citizenship. Foreign nationals must consult their local consulates for documentation requirements. Children under 18 years of age must carry a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents or legal guardian for travel outside the US. U.S. citizenship documentation requirements are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for passengers who are denied boarding for failure to obtain proper citizenship documentation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Hotels may require up to a $100 per person cash security deposit at check-in. This will be refunded upon checkout provided that there are no charges or damages to your room. Tour participants traveling to Florida destinations must include $25 per person security deposit with final payment.

EXCEPT FOR CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAKE IT PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PERFORM TRIP, VPV CANNOT CANCEL A TRIP COVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DEPARTURE DATE. If a trip is cancelled by VP, all participants who have paid deposits and are holding confirmed reservations at the time of cancellation are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. VP reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any participant on these flights at any time. IF WE MAKE MAJOR CHANGES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. The following are major changes: (1) a change in the departure or return date, unless the change results from a flight delay experienced by the carrier. (If, however, the delay is longer than 48 hours, it will be considered a major change); (2) a change in the origin or destination city, unless the change affects only the order in which cities named in a tour package are visited; (3) a price increase of more than 10 percent occurring 10 or more days before departure. In no event can we increase your price less than 10 days before departure. If a major change must be made in the program, we will notify you within seven (7) days after first learning of the change, but in any event at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure. If we become aware that a major change must be made less than 10 days before a scheduled departure, we will notify you as soon as possible. WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF A MAJOR CHANGE BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN DEPARTURE, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER CANCELLING. If a major change occurs after the departure of the flight which you are unwilling to accept, you will be refunded, within 14 days after your scheduled return date, that portion of your payment which applies to that services not accepted.  IF WE MUST CANCEL THE TRIP, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN WRITING WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATE. We have no right to cancel the trip less than 10 days before departure, except for circumstances that make it physically impossible to perform the trip. If that occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible but no later than the scheduled departure date. If the trip is cancelled, a full refund will be made to you within 14 days after cancellation. The rights and remedies relating to cancellations and major changes prior to departure, made available under this contract are in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law. However, we offer refunds under this contract with the express understanding that the receipt of that refund by a passenger waives the additional remedies.

AIRCRAFT, FLIGHT SCHEDULES AND DELAYS: Public charter air services are provided by  Hooters, Miami Air Int'l, Mexicana, North American, Northwest Airlines, Omni Air Express, Pace, Allegiant,Sun Country. Public charters are operated by Apple Vacations, Funjet, Trilogy Tours, MLV Vacations, StudentCity.com, Student Travel Services and MVP Vacations. Scheduled air services are provided by Air Jamaica, Continental, US Airways, American Airlines, Air Tran, Northwest, Delta, United, Frontier, JetBlue and Southwest. VPV and the airline reserve the right to substitute any duly-licensed air carrier and/or to change aircraft type, routing and do not guarantee single plane or nonstop service.

FLIGHT DELAYS: Flight delays are unfortunate, but are an inherent risk in air travel. Flight delays, missed nights accommodations and expenses incurred due to flight delays, and missed connections to/from charter flights are beyond the control and responsibility of VPV FLIGHT SCHEDULES/CHANGES: Flight times are not guaranteed and may affect actual length of time in vacation destination on travel days. Any flight information provided prior to departure is considered tentative and is subject to change in accordance with operator's option plan as set forth at the bottom of this agreement. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to reconfirm both outbound and return flights.

PARTICIPATION: Participation in this trip is limited to persons whose full payment and contract have been received by VP Vacations and whose name is on the manifest given to the airline before flight departure.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS ONLY: The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign government involved granting landing rights for the flight, which if refused, will cause cancellation. In the event flights are cancelled due to the refusal of landing rights, full refunds will be made to all participants by VP. 

A.     CANCELLATION/CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY: The following charges will be assessed for participant cancellations:

       1.     From receipt of first payment through 60 days prior to departure date of the originating flight Per Person $150.00 for charter seats. Scheduled air seats no refund.

       2.     59 days to 31 days 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) before departure date of the  originating flight: INTERNATIONAL CHARTER……Per Person $350.00

       3.     30 days before departure date………NO REFUND

       4.     HOTELS: 30 business days prior to departure. Per Room, three nights Penalty.

B. A change of destination, travel date, flight pattern, hotel or class of service is considered a cancellation and will incur the applicable cancellation charge listed above.

C. In addition to the cancellation charges stated above, any non-recoverable payments made by VP for vacation services will be assessed to the participant. (Ground transportation, etc.)

D. Passengers who are denied boarding by the airline for reasons such as improper documentation, proof of age for children under 2, etc. will forfeit all monies for airline seat and any other non-recoverable costs.E. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING MEDICALEXCEPTIONS) TO THIS POLICY. No refunds will be made for any portion of the vacation purchased by the participant that is not utilized. Any request for consideration of a refund must be received by VP within 30 days of the originating departure date. THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MAY VARY.   

E. Any type of changes made on a reservation after the reservation has been confirmed will accrue a $30 per person change fee in outside of 60 days of trip dates.  If a change must be made with in 60 days of departure there will be a $60 change change fee plus any increase in the air rates.

To qualify for the "VP Vacations will pay for your trip" guarantee.  A link must be emailed to sales@vpvacations.com for Verification.  The link must be verified and available for purchase by VP Vacations.  Link must not be a second hand  (A company reselling another companies) product. Once Verified, you receive notification within 24 hours of the original email received.  Must be a package containing Air, Hotel and Round trip Airport Transfers. Listed Competitors (Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations, Orbitz, Expedia, Delta Vacations or Sun Country Vacations. Once a payment is on made on the trip the guarantee is no longer in effect.
